Our signature Small Group Classes stick to ‘rule of 4’. Meaning, no more than 4 people per class. Typical larger group class settings give little to no opportunity for you to improve your technique. Our small, semi-private class structure ensures that everyone receives personal coaching every session, while experiencing the buzz and energy boost of working out in a group.
Boxing is the art of fighting with the fists following what is officially known as ‘The Marquess of Queensbury Rules’. It’s a dynamic sport that emphasises fast punching, evasive defence and agile footwork. Boxing builds speed and coordination and is a killer cardio workout.
Muay Thai is known as the “Art of 8 Limbs’ and is the national sport of Thailand. Punching, kicking, elbow and knee strikes are taught with a heavy emphasis on building power and endurance. This is a full body workout and that builds tremendous fitness.
Develop your Boxing technique and train like the pros. This small class features a variety of bag drills, guided shadow boxing and of course individual pad work.

This class gives a deeper dive into technique and how to apply it in the ring. You will develop your boxing skill and a greater understanding of application through partner drill. Practice defence techniques and explore strategy through shadow boxing, footwork drills and individual bag work.
This intermediate level class allows you to put your fundamental skills to the test through partner drills and guided sparring techniques. Learn how to apply these techniques in the ring and get a deeper understanding of fighting strategy.
